I have the privilege of being surrounded by artists working on their art every day. It might seem that my art gets overlooked. I may not be a great designer, musician, or actor, but I work daily to perfect my art; the art of expression.

Ick

Last night I was out with my friends having an okay time.  Just as I was about to leave, I couldn’t help but overhear someone shouting complaints about one of my friends.  I have no problems defending my friends, but this person had a valid point that I couldn’t ignore… because I was thinking the same thing about my friend and have been as equally annoyed and angered.  I’ve had several people question my friendship with them, and honestly I’m tired of defending that friendship.  So, the question is:  To stop hanging out with my friend, or to confront them.  20 years of life and I still don’t have this whole human relationships thing figured out.
